In 1913 merchant and ship broker E.H.J. de Bary had his 'hotel DE BARY' built.

Study for the conversion of the first-class citizen house into a multi-family home. The project is conceived with respect for authenticity and the story of the building itself. Residential entities with ready-to-live quality of life.
